Release record before dispatch
Shipment release should connect the commercial order to the actual packages, rather than relying on a tracking number alone.
- Order and line-item quantities matched to the packing list
- Package count, marks, weight and dimensions recorded
- Packing and product photos retained when agreed
- Transport document or tracking reference linked to the shipment
- Open document or consignee issues closed before handover
Manufacturer names, trademarks, and model numbers are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. Compatibility must be confirmed for each application.
