Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, destination, product, model-code, application and file information you submit through our RFQ forms, email or messaging channels.
How we use it
Information is used to review the inquiry, communicate with you, contact relevant suppliers, prepare a quotation, coordinate inspection and shipping, maintain order records and improve the website.
Technical files
Nameplate photos, product photos, drawings, datasheets and RFQ lists are used only for the relevant sourcing and quotation workflow unless you authorize another use.
Sharing
Relevant product and technical information may be shared with suppliers, inspection providers or logistics partners needed to process the inquiry. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention and security
Records are retained as reasonably needed for quotations, repeat orders, legal obligations and dispute handling. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact sales@hydraulicmatch.com. Some records may be retained where legally or commercially required.
