Application pages explain the operating data needed for a responsible component review. They do not imply that one replacement is suitable for every machine in a sector.

Application review map
| Sector | Common hydraulic concern | Evidence that changes the decision |
|---|---|---|
| Industrial machinery and factory MRO | Repeatability, legacy codes and downtime | Circuit function, duty cycle, installed interfaces and failure history |
| Construction and mobile equipment | Shock load, contamination and machine-specific controls | Machine identity, control configuration, pump interfaces and commissioning plan |
| Presses and metal forming | Pressure holding, stored energy and safety functions | Hydraulic schematic, load-holding logic, settings and qualified approval |
| Injection molding and plastics machinery | Cycle repeatability, response and temperature | Pressure-flow cycle, electrical signal, fluid temperature and acceptance criteria |
Why a part number is not the whole application
A complete component code identifies a configuration, but it does not describe every condition imposed by the machine. The same nominal valve or pump can behave differently when the duty, fluid, control system or installation changes.
- Duty cycle and failure consequence
- Working and peak pressure
- Fluid, temperature and contamination conditions
- Control response and commissioning requirements
- Installation access and allowable changes
Minimum application record before a match is released
- Machine manufacturer, model, function and operating environment
- Original component brand, complete code and readable nameplate photos
- Known pressure, flow, displacement, voltage or control-signal data
- Mounting, ports, shaft, flange, connector and available-space evidence
- Failure symptoms, previous modifications and the customer's acceptance test
If the machine or circuit information is incomplete, the result should remain an identification lead or conditional option—not a direct-compatibility claim.
