Send the original reference: Include the complete model code, quantity, destination and available photos or drawings.

Functional or pressure testing
Agree the method, conditions, acceptance criteria and record format before the order. State clearly when a supplier cannot provide the requested test. A test label without conditions is weak evidence.
Document check
- Commercial invoice and packing list match the order
- Quotation differences and customer approvals are retained
- Requested drawing, inspection or test records are attached
- Country-of-origin or other documents are confirmed before shipment
- Shipping marks and consignee information are correct
Export packing release
- Ports and sealing faces are protected
- Shafts and rods cannot strike the packaging
- Moisture and corrosion protection suit the route
- Heavy units are restrained inside the case
- Package weight and lifting needs are marked where required
- Final closed-package photos are retained on request
